This year’s Employee Experience Awards featured 47 meticulously curated categories structured around four key pillars: Leadership, Learning, Engagement, and Talent Acquisition. Held on 16 May 2025 at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, the Employee Experience Awards spotlighted strategic efforts of organisations that continue to redefine the employee experience, setting new standards in building meaningful, high-impact workplace cultures.

Borouge was named the Overall Learning Award winner, and also received six Gold Awards and one Silver Award.

The awards were judged by a distinguished panel of 20 accomplished HR leaders, including senior professionals from respected employers such as Mandai Wildlife Group, AETOS Holdings, Royal Plaza on Scotts, and SMBC, among others.
