Borouge won eight awards at the Singapore edition of the annual Employee Experience Awards 2024, walking away with
four golds, three silvers and one bronze.
The accolades recognises Borouge’s commitment to fostering an exceptional employee experience within its organisation. One of the gold awards was for “Best Employer Branding” – spotlighting Borouge’s ability to create a supportive work environment that employees value. This achievement was reflected by increased recruitment success, employee engagement, and retention.
The winners were announced at the award’s gala ceremony at Shangri-La Singapore on 9 May 2024. Now it it’s fourth year, the annual Employee Experience Awards serve as a benchmark for excellence within the Singapore human resource community, with Borouge consistently winning awards since 2022.
The judging panel for the awards comprises many industry human resource veterans from companies including DuPont, DHL Express, Schneider Electric, and A.P. Moller Maersk.
