Billions of toothpaste tubes end up in our waste streams annually. Most toothpaste tubes are made from a combination of different plastics and aluminium, and the mix of materials makes it challenging to recycle through conventional methods.

At Borouge, we are enabling the Circular Economy by developing monomaterial packaging solutions that support global oral care brands to design lamitubes that protect the product, remain comfortably squeezable, and which are readily recyclable in existing waste streams.

Our solutions based on Borstar® FB5600 and Anteo™ help to produce recyclable toothpaste tubes with high stiffness and toughness as well as good sealing properties at high speed.
